Objective
The Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand the information, whys and hows of the information collected by our website i.e. https://Kulfi.club and the mobile application i.e. Kulfi (collectively referred to as "Platform")
When does this Privacy Policy apply
The Privacy Policy applies to all the product or features or services offered through the Platform.
For some of the products or features or services offered in partnership with third party service providers, privacy policy of such third party service provider shall also be applicable
Information that Platform collects & Purpose
In order to provide better Platform experience, we may collect or access and/or store the following information from you:
Personal Information
Information Collected - We may collect your personal information such as your name, gender, email address, mailing address, age, identification documents etc. when you apply for or sign up as a user on the Platform.
Purpose - These details are required to create your unique profile on the Platform and provide/offer product /features or services through the Platform.
Family & friends Information
Information Collected - We may collect the information you share with us for your family & friends including name, relationship, gender, age, mobile number, email address or similar information.
Purpose - These details may be used to offer certain product features or services available on the Platform.
Camera
Information Collected - We may require access to camera to enable you to submit your selfies and to upload photos or documents on the Platform.
Purpose - Camera access may be requested to enable you to have a smooth onboarding process or in case you wish to upload any photo or document on the Platform to avail any of the product features or services on the Platform.
Microphone
Information Collected - We may require access to microphone to make certain features & facilities available on the Platform.
Purpose - Microphone access may be required for adding voice messages to the deep talks with AI features or any such similar features on the app.
Device Information
Information Collected - We may collect information about your device such as mobile device, model number, hardware model, operation systems/version, network connectivity, carrier details and other similar information.
Purpose - These details may be required to ensure that you have the latest version of the Platform mobile application, receive application updates, to prevent frauds such as suspicious logins behaviour and to allow the Platform application to perform consistently.
Location Information
Information Collected - We may collect geolocation information such as your IP address, location access or similar details
Purpose - These details may be requested for proper functioning of certain services/product or features and will also help in fraud check/behaviours.
Others
Information Collected - As may be explicitly required & and consented by you from time to time.
Note: Before providing any details of any family and/or friend over the Platform, you undertake to take explicit consent from such family and/or friend. Please note that the Platform shall be under no duty or obligation to ensure the authenticity or accuracy, or validity of the consent obtained by you from family and/or friends or the non-availability of the such consent. You agree to indemnify and/or defend the Company, its Partners and/or its authorized entity/person, against any loss, damages, civil or criminal proceedings and/or any liability which may arise and/or be caused due to breach of this obligation.
The Platform may contain links to third party applications/websites that may collect personally identifiable information about you. In the event you access such third party applications/websites, please be aware that the privacy policy of such third party shall be applicable on the information collected from such applications/websites. Information collected from you & shared with third parties
We may share the information collected from you with third parties on a "need to know" basis to provide better product, features and/or services on the Platform. Following are third parties to whom your information is shared:
Identity verification & information providers
In order to verify your identity while onboarding on the Platform and/or at the time of availing select products and/or services, we may share select details with third parties to verify/authenticate such credentials in accordance with applicable laws. E.g. verification /authentication of identity documents such as PAN, Driving license through Digilocker or similar partners.
Partners (providing select product /service through our Platform)

We may share your information with our marketing agency, data analytics companies & sales partners for the purpose of improving the overall Platform product and/or services offering. E.g. For conducting survey for new products/features, for promotional offers/campaign by our partners etc.
Regulatory / Legal institutions
We may share your information with any governmental or regulatory authority, if they demand so. This is required for being compliant with applicable laws or for supporting in any investigation. E.g. sharing information with police officials for an ongoing investigation
Privacy Control
For some of the information such as Camera, Contacts, Demographic Information, SMS, you may control or limit the access to such information by going on "Settings" on your device. Please note that such restrictions may limit the availability and/or functioning of certain product feature or services on the Platform. Platform or any of its associated partners shall not be liable for any limited availability or non-functioning of a product feature or services due to restriction in access to such information.
Securing your information
We take reasonable security measures in accordance with the applicable law to maintain privacy and confidentiality of your information and data available with us and to prevent any unauthorized access, use and/or disclosure of the data.
Please note that we or any of partners or any person authorized by us will not ask to share any sensitive data or information such as account credentials, OTP, card details, CVV, ATM PIN etc. Please do not share such details with anyone (even if such person claims to be authorized by us or any of our partners)
How long we retain your data
Depending on the data collected, it can be retained for different periods. Some of the data is stored for a longer period, due to regulatory requirements such as transaction data, details of product/services availed etc., for business & legal purposes such as resolving any complaints, defending any claims against us, complying with the legal requirements for preservation of the records.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy is subject to change from time to time and we will make all reasonable efforts to intimate and update you of any changes, if required, via email or SMS or WhatsApp or notification on the Platform. We suggest you to kindly visit and review the Privacy Policy available on the Platform, from time to time. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of New Delhi.
